Nascenia developed a data-driven system that uses collective intelligence to help public service beneficiaries solve the problems they face while accessing public services. User beneficiaries can input problems they are facing while accessing public services and suggest solutions too.
A solution to a particular problem will be suggested by graph theory and big data treatment using machine learning modules. The beneficiaries can also build custom solutions that work for their problem. They can search for similar problems and view solutions too.
