Red Herring, an international media company, organizes every year an event for recognizing the leading private companies from regional competitions in Europe, North America and Asia. It assesses technology companies with the criteria of innovation, profitability, strategy and ROI. In 2012 we were shortlisted as a finalist in Red Herring Asia 2012.
When I was thinking of how we have achieved this success, I realized it’s because of our teamwork!

A team is something where individuals work together to accomplish a goal. They need to be communicative, cooperative, respectful, understanding and good listeners. Being good listeners helps us to achieve a solution faster and with less stress. By respecting each other’s views and using everyone’s ideas can make the work better and efficient.
Team is at a yearly retreat: moving toward same direction indeed 🙂
Nascenia has an excellent team, which is growing up day by day. It has 35 employees now. We treat each other like a family. No one can say who is senior or junior. We are all treated in a same manner with respect. It is very inspiring to have such a friendly environment to work enthusiastically. Here, everyone is very helpful to each other in case anyone needs any help regarding work or any personal matters.
